Mindful movement sessions

Free mindful movement sessions over Zoom every week, 15:00 – 15:30 BST.

✨ Come join me and my favorite guest teachers for a simple movement practice – stretches, grounding techniques, and free movement. Facilitated and set to a soundtrack that moves in a ‘wave’ – from gentle rhythms to higher tempos, and back down to an ambient ending.

💃 Inspired by my experiences DJing and facilitating for ecstatic dance, the work of Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms), and somatic techniques like breathwork, yoga, Havening, TRE (Trauma Release Exercices), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
